Fansly Launches Messages Pro and Vault Pro: What Changes

Fansly has rolled out a major upgrade to its messaging and media tools — Messages Pro and Vault Pro are now reaching accounts across the platform. Here's what the new features do and how they change the daily work of creators and chatters.

Messages Pro: an inbox with fan signals

The headline feature is Fan Signals — you can now see who you're actually talking to, right in the inbox:

  • Lifetime value — how much a fan has spent on a specific creator in total;
  • Spending power — how strongly a fan spends across an agency's or studio's creators;
  • Spend signal — how long ago the last purchase happened;
  • Subscription status — renew on/off and days until expiration;
  • New fan badge — shown for the first 14 days after subscribing or renewing;
  • Online indicator — whether the fan is online right now;
  • a badge when the person you're chatting with is another platform creator.

The practical shift is simple: messages used to arrive in order of the queue. Now you can see which conversation is with someone ready to buy today. At high chat volumes, that changes prioritization: spenders and online fans first, everyone else after.

Vault Pro: order in your media library

The second half of the update is about the content vault:

  • Labels on media — see who a specific file was already sent to, and when;
  • quick search across the vault directly from a chat;
  • bulk media management.

This fixes a painful duplication problem: the same PPV could previously go to a fan twice — now the system surfaces each file's send history.

What it means for the market

Chatting is the primary sales channel on Fansly, and the platform knows it: instead of third-party tools, all fan analytics now arrive natively. For teams with chatters, the update lowers the entry barrier for newcomers; for solo creators, it provides what used to require a CRM.

Expect fan signals to become the backbone of sales scripts over time — the same way customer scoring works in ecommerce.
