Chatter (chat operator)
Open
You run chats with fans on behalf of the model in a CRM: talk, sell content (PPV), work with the team's dialogue frameworks and scripts.
Terms
- Remote, 6-hour shifts — 4 shifts a day, we pick a convenient one
- Training from scratch: textbook, test, sales practice before going live
- Base rate + sales percentage, growth with results
Requirements
- English B1+ — all chatting is in English
- Literacy, typing speed, focus
- Stable internet and a computer, 18+

Prepares content plans and shoot references for models, PPV briefs, keeps an eye on FYP clips and page design.
Terms
- Remote, flexible schedule around pack deadlines
- Works together with the team lead and chatters
Requirements
- Understanding of vertical video and trends
- Careful with models' boundaries and taboos
Shift team lead
No spots
Supervises chatter shifts: chat quality, dialogue reviews, escalations, daily KPI reporting.

- Remote, fixed shift

Requirements
- 6+ months of chatter experience
- English B2+, systematic and demanding about quality
